Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped via S.F. Express or Hong Kong SpeedPost.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Orders delivering to Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States addresses will be shipped via Hong Kong SpeedPost, order delivering to Australia, China, Japan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea and Taiwan addresses will be shipped via S.F. Express.
Orders delivering to Hong Kong will be shipped via S.F. Express to its nearest S.F. Express service point.
During promotional periods, please kindly note there may be slight delays to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.

If you are not in when the parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

We deliver every Tuesdays and Thursdays, and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you your tracking information.
You can track your order after registering with Subcrew Online Shop. For non-members, you can also email us at onlineshop@subcrewreact.com for order status.
To check the status of your shipment, please visit S.F. Express, Hong Kong Post and enter your tracking number.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
